Exhibition of handmade souvenirs of persons with disabilities at the Care Agency.

June 14 is the Day of Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Georgia, the goal of which is to raise awareness of the rights of persons with disabilities among society and government structures. On this day, at the initiative of the Care Agency of the Ministry of Health, an exhibition of handmade works by young people from day care centers was held, the goal of which was to present the opportunities of young people with disabilities to the wider public. At this eventAssociation – “ICA-21” Irakli Kemoklidze 18+ Day Center for People with Disabilities and the organization's Beam – Irakli's Wood Workshop Shqipiirakli's wood workshop and the Applied Arts Workshop participated. The young people presented their own handmade, environmentally friendly, wooden toys and souvenirs, as well as handmade souvenirs and accessories created in the Applied Arts Workshop using various art therapy technologies. Many thanks to the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Protection of Georgia, the Care Agency for IDPs from the Occupied Territories for this opportunity and support.
