As 2025 counts down its days and the country prepares for the New Year, on December 17, the celebration of St. Barbara’s Day, an exhibition-sale organized by the association “IKA-21” was held at the Parliament of Georgia. The event once again highlighted the importance of inclusion, creativity, and social support.

The exhibition-sale featured handmade accessories created by persons with disabilities — unique, heartfelt works that reflect their creative potential, dedication, and individual style.

Each item stood out not only for its aesthetic value but also for its meaningful message: opportunities are not limited by physical conditions. The event aimed to support persons with disabilities, promote their work, and raise public awareness about the necessity of creating an inclusive environment.

Holding the exhibition within the Parliament building carried special significance, as it once again emphasized the active involvement of persons with disabilities in public life. The pre-New Year exhibition-sale was filled with warmth, solidarity, and positive emotions. Such initiatives create opportunities for everyone to showcase their talents and pursue a path of independent development.

The association “IKA-21” continues its work in supporting persons with disabilities and highlighting their abilities, which is an important foundation for strengthening society and fostering unity.
