Our psychologist, Pati Chilingarishvili, met with the members of the center and spoke about the important topic of chronic anxiety. <br>\nWhat is chronic anxiety? <br><\/p><p>Pati Chilingarishvili explained that chronic anxiety is a permanent psychological condition when a person experiences constant anxiety or tension. This condition can be caused by factors such as long-term stress, personality traits, or unregulated emotions.<br><\/p><p>The members of the organization discussed what the symptoms of chronic anxiety are, how it affects the quality of life, and how it reduces self-esteem. It was noted that chronic anxiety is often associated with physical symptoms such as insomnia, nausea, and fatigue, which further exacerbates the condition.<br \/>\u10e5\u10e0\u10dd\u10dc\u10d8\u10d9\u10e3\u10da\u10d8 \u10dc\u10d4\u10e0\u10d5\u10d8\u10e3\u10da\u10dd\u10d1\u10d8\u10e1 \u10db\u10d0\u10e0\u10d7\u10d5\u10d8\u10e1 \u10db\u10d4\u10d7\u10dd\u10d3\u10d4\u10d1\u10d8<\/p><p>Chronic Anxiety Management Methods<br>\nThe main part of the session was devoted to discussing specific strategies that can help us manage anxiety. The psychologist highlighted several key methods:<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Timely rest and meditation<br>\nDeep breathing exercises and relaxation techniques help us relax the nervous system. Pati Chilingarishvili taught the group simple breathing techniques that can be used daily.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Processing emotions<br>\nIt is important to recognize and process the emotions that cause anxiety in a timely manner. The group worked on how to verbally express emotions and evaluate them correctly.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Active life and day management<br>\nPhysical activities and effective day management contribute to improving psychological well-being. The session participants were given recommendations on how to plan their daily lives in a way that minimizes stress.<\/p><p><br><\/p><p>The Importance of Group Work<br>\nGroup sessions are particularly beneficial because they allow members to share their experiences and receive emotional support from others. At the end of the session, Pati Chilingarishvili noted that overcoming anxiety becomes easier through collective efforts, as positive relationships and communication are essential for psychological health.<\/p><p>This session will once again remind us that mutual support and professional help are important in the fight against anxiety and stress.
