Sensory stimulation \u2013 touching plants, smelling the earth, touching water develops various sensations and calms the nervous system. Strengthening independence \u2013 caring for plants develops a sense of responsibility. Supporting emotional regulation \u2013 interacting with nature reduces stress, calms and strengthens emotional self-regulation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls
