&#8220;Positive Feelings and Perception of Life&#8221;. During the session, the psychologist worked with the young people on the importance of positive thoughts, emotions and an optimistic view of life. The participants discussed how kind thoughts and a sense of gratitude can bring positive changes in everyday life. The goal of the session was to develop positive thinking, emotional awareness and a sense of self-worth in young people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through modified tests, exercises and discussions, they were able to express their positive feelings, think about good memories and remember the people they are grateful for. This activity helps to strengthen emotional stability, self-esteem and social skills in young people with disabilities, which is an important part of their psychological
