Psychologist&#8217;s Hour<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The psychologist&#8217;s hour at the Irakli Kemoklidze Day Center was dedicated to the important topic of maintaining personal hygiene and how to set goals? The goal of the meeting was to introduce the participants to the importance of personal care and learn practical steps to maintain daily hygiene. The psychologist discussed with the group why cleanliness and order are necessary, how it contributes to health, self-esteem and social relationships. The participants discussed such issues as: washing hands, taking care of teeth, keeping clothes clean and taking care of hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second part of the session touched on the topic of goal setting and planning steps to achieve it. The psychologist taught people with disabilities how to choose a simple and realistic goal and how to take steps to achieve it. The participants completed modified tests on the above issues. As a result of the activities, the participants realized that personal hygiene and goal setting are interconnected &#8211; orderliness and daily habits strengthen self-confidence and
