psychologist&#8217;s hour at the Irakli Kemoklidze Day Center was dedicated to an important topic \u2014 proper time management. Young people with disabilities learned what time management means, how to determine time effectively, when and how to plan activities in order to achieve the set goal, avoid wasting time and live less stressfully. A discussion was held after the session. To consolidate their knowledge, the participants completed modified tests, and at the end, the psychologist provided individual recommendations for improving time
