This process contributes not only to the social, economic and psychological empowerment of people with disabilities, improving their employment and social integration, but also serves their personal development and self-establishment. The social workshop “Shqivi”, which, after the death of its co-founder and active member of the workshop, Irakli Kemoklidze, is named after Shqivi-Irakli’s wooden workshop, has been actively working with people with intellectual disabilities and mental difficulties for several years and produces only ecologically clean, eco-friendly wooden toys and souvenirs so as not to harm the health of children. A properly selected toy, taking into account the appropriate age category, is essential for the mental development of a child. A toy helps a child get to know, learn and perceive the world, as well as develops the ability to think, memory, speech and express emotions.
Our goal is to produce environmentally friendly wooden educational toys and souvenirs, and to employ people with intellectual disabilities and mental health difficulties.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
